Mom and Jack had planned to get married on June 23, 2012. When you know it's right to be together, why wait. They moved the date up to today at 9:00 P.M. Mom gave us the address and we headed out to the church on time. When we arrived, Uncle John and Aunt Jackie were there along with Uncle Gerry and Dave and Nancy Springer (Mom's best friends). We waited for a bit then tried to call Mom as no one was at the church except us. At 10 minutes after 9, Mom calls Raylene and asked what she wanted. We told her we were at the church but no one else was here. Evidently, Mom had given us the wrong address and so we rushed to the correct church. It was near the Armory in P.G.
Most of Jack's kids were there so the ceremony started as soon as we got settled. Raylene put her phone on face-time so that Brenda and Steve could see the ceremony (technology is cool). You could not wipe the grin off of Mom's and Jack's face. Kids in love!!! Uncle Gerry said that Keith (Anderson) and Jack's wife have given their blessings to this union and he was right. Merta and Jack needed to be together at this time.
