We (Rachele, Raylene, Mom Anderson & me) drove up to Washington yesterday and took the Chinook Pass road (410 from Yakima to Enumclaw). What a pretty view of Mt. Rainier and the surrounding area. It reminds me of southwestern Colorado and certain parts of Utah and Europe. The place was crawling with people for a Monday. I guess no one works anymore.
We are up here for Andrew and Becca's wedding on Wednesday. Then we are heading home Thursday for a family reunion up Santiquin Canyon (Utah). We met Becca's family last night and had dinner at her Uncles house. Her Uncles' place is just out of the City of Enumclaw and down a private lane. Loved the house with a wrap-around covered deck. Today (21st) is a shopping day for Ray and Mom Anderson as we are providing a luncheon for family members.
On the way up, Rachele and I were able to get in a little geocaching. It was fun.
